İKİ FARKLI ÜRETİM YÖNTEMİ İLE ÜRETİLEN KETEN/KARBON LİF TAKVİYELİ HİBRİT KOMPOZİTLERİN MEKANİK ANALİZİ

In this study, the hybridization process of carbon fabrics, which used in many areas today, and flax fabrics were carried out using two production methods, hand lay-up vacuum bagging. The effects both method on mechanical performance formed flax/carbon epoxy hybrid composites investigated. Epoxy was as a matrix element production. Tensile hardness tests performed to evaluate properties analyzed composite products. Moreover, surface morphology samples broken after testing scanning electron microscopy. experimental results reveal that tensile strength fiber increased from 226.36 MPa 344.14 when bagging used, resulting an increase 52.03% compared method. An increment 1.09% achieved comparison value reached 201.59 HV 199.42 linen/carbon produced by study methods are suitable for manufacturing automotive parts linen depending area be part produced.
